From get go when I booked a viewing, the Usambara team speedily provided me with video’s and photos of their different chapels and reception venues. I fell in love with the venue right that moment

The admin to secure a date , payment schedules were all explained to me in detail and Cecile always assured me that should COVID lockdown restrictions exist at the time of my planned wedding, the venue will be available to host my postponed wedding to a future date.

I remember calling Karen beginning of 2021, to start with the planning of my wedding. She was so optimistic and excited. To be honest with you, I was doubtful since were in level 3 lockdown. I thought I going to be one of the Brides that have to unfortunately postpone their wedding.

Karen you are heaven sent, I love the fact that you and your team have a list of trusted and reliable suppliers. I mean every service I needed were centrally available, I didn’t have to source services from outside suppliers.

Pastor Callie – Very professional, organized Pastor Callie, who blessed our wedding ceremony and we thank him so much. The meeting at his office to guide us on what to expect for the sermon and this also helped us guide our Parents. The sermon you delivered had valuable key take-away points for every individual who was there to witness our ceremony.

Taryn Weare – The owner of To-the T deco, she’s an angel. Took into account and consideration all of Neo’s and myself ideas and put them to life. She pays attention to all big or small deco elements. I loved how the forest chapel looked and how exquisite the reception venue was.

EpicSound DJ – DJ Darlington, gave us the best Demo, with lights, fog dance floor. We had a meeting to discuss our song selections and he executed this role like a champ. We requested a AMAPIANO playlist and man he delivered. I picked up my dress and I was in the dance floor with our guest. We had proper fun with the music. Another goodie we received a Bridal suite from Epic Sound as part of the DJ Package. Yaaay!

Cpho Mdawe Photography – Sipho is multi-talented. He’s not only a photographer, but on my wedding day he was checking my make-up, my bridal suite was picture ready, his assistant and wife Nhlanhla was so kind to help with my dress and my shoes. Sipho was on my side, he made sure that I’m happy with everything. At some point he put people in their place, hahahaha not in a bad way though. I honestly believe that he helped me navigate my day so much better, and Myself and Neo are thankful for this. He went over and above the Photography call. I honestly think I underpaid his company because Sipho was meant to photograph and videography the wedding as per our agreed contract. But on the day he delivered more, something that was not part of the contract, something I never expected. He just did it out of his own will and kindness, that’s what I call UBUNTU.. Sipho and team you were exceptional and held our hands throughout the wedding day.

Karen, A big Thank you. We had a small/minor challenge that I won’t mention on this platform and you found an alternative solution for us. It’s not always that you find someone, with this rare quality that you have, you genuinely care and you always go the extra mile for your clients. We really had pleasant engagements with the teams overall. The food and drinks were of good quality, and the guests enjoyed the meals.
